Things You Need to Know About Package Holidays
All content shared under this heading is for informational purposes. In the event of any disputes, the provisions in the Package Holiday Agreement shall prevail.

Package Holiday Reservation
You can purchase a package holiday by completing the relevant steps on the website www.niceint.com.tr (or its affiliated sites). When you purchase a package holiday, we create a unique reservation code for your booking. You can perform all your transactions related to the holiday package using this code. Therefore, you should keep this code until the end of your holiday.
We send the reservation code and reservation confirmation to the email address you used when making the reservation. Therefore, we recommend that you ensure the email you used to purchase the package holiday is active.
After purchasing a package holiday, we will send you an email regarding your reservation confirmation. If you do not receive this email within 12 hours, please call our Office Center at 0242 312 2200 for information regarding the issue.

Guests Purchasing Package Holidays
You can purchase package holidays not only for yourself but also for your friends and family. In such cases, we only communicate with the person making the reservation. Therefore, we would like to remind you that payment, changes, and cancellation requests related to the reservation must be made by the person who made the reservation.
When making the reservation, you must enter the information of all guests completely and accurately. We would like to state that you are responsible for any disputes that may arise due to incorrect information and that you cannot claim any rights from Niceint Touristik.

Responsibilities of the Reservation Holder
You can find the responsibilities of the reservation holder related to the reservation below:
    Must be at least 18 years old on the date of purchasing the package holiday,
    Obtain the consent of all individuals mentioned in the reservation,
    Obtain permission or consent from the parents of individuals under 18 mentioned in the reservation,
    Comply with the reservation conditions set by Niceint Touristik,
    Inform all individuals mentioned in the reservation about changes, cancellations, and other details,
    Ensure the accuracy of all information of individuals mentioned in the reservation,
    Ensure that all individuals mentioned in the reservation comply with the rules regarding the package holiday,
    Assume financial responsibility for all transactions made.
Reservation Changes
You can make changes to your package holiday reservation at any time. To do this, simply call our Office Center at 0242 312 2200. We would like to remind you that only the reservation holder can make this change.
You should know that we take great care to meet your change requests, but we cannot guarantee that the requested changes will be made.
If your change request is fulfilled, the cost of the holiday package will be recalculated based on your new reservation. If you make this change at least 30 days before your travel date, we refund the discount amount or the difference. If there are less than 30 days left until your travel, we do not make any refunds.

Package Holiday Price
The fee you paid during the reservation for the package holiday is the total amount of the package. We do not expect you to make any additional payments for the package holiday you purchased. However, in some destinations, additional payments such as tourist/city taxes may be required. All these payments must be made by you. We would like you to know that we take great care to inform you about such additional payments before your trip.

Services Not Included in the Package Holiday Price
    Visa services (we do not provide visa services)
    Foreign exit tax
    Extra tours, all personal expenses
    All insurances other than mandatory Package Holiday Insurance, unless purchased specifically
    Accommodation taxes, city taxes, and similar taxes
We do not provide guidance services for package holidays.

Child Fees for Package Holidays
We charge children separately for the package holidays we offer. Therefore, we recommend that you accurately enter the number and ages of children when searching to reach the correct prices. When children's ages are entered, we automatically calculate and display prices including children.
Package Holiday Price Changes
In some special cases, we may need to change the price of the package holiday. We make this change to not exceed 5% of the package holiday price. We will inform you of the change in writing or by email at least 20 days before your travel date.
We change the package holiday price in the following compulsory situations:
    Extraordinary changes in exchange rates
    Extraordinary changes in fuel costs
    Changes in taxes, fees, and similar legal obligations collected at ports and airports to make the package holiday possible.
Purchasing Package Holidays in Foreign Currency
When you purchase your package holiday in foreign currency, we consider the exchange rate applied by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey on the sales date for the relevant currency.
Purchasing Package Holidays with a Credit Card
When you purchase your package holiday with a credit card, all sales transactions take place between you and the bank linked to the card. Therefore, we have no liability in cases where the payment is not fully or adequately completed, or in any other issues you may encounter when making transactions with your credit card. We would like to remind you that you should resolve such issues with your bank.
For sales made by credit card, the campaigns, return, and cancellation conditions that exist at that time of the bank or banks to which your card is linked apply.

Visa and Passport Information You Need to Know
When you purchase an overseas package holiday, you may need documents such as a visa, passport, permit, health report, etc. As Niceint Touristik, we do not provide any consulting services for the preparation of visas or other official documents. Therefore, we would like you to know that you are entirely responsible for preparing the necessary documents and checking their compliance for your international travels.


Features of Passports Valid for International Package Holidays
When purchasing an international package holiday, you can find the features your passport must have below:
  1.     Your passport must have a validity period accepted in the country you are traveling to. We remind you that you can get information about passport validity periods from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' page at the link: https://www.mfa.gov.tr/resmi.tr.mfa.
  2.     Your passport must be compliant with new passport regulations and chip-enabled, and it should not be older than 10 years at the time of travel. We would like to point out that passports older than ten years may not be accepted in the Schengen area, and holders of such passports may not be allowed to board the plane or may face similar problems. Therefore, we recommend renewing your passport if it is older than 10 years.
  3.     Your passport should not have any tears, cuts, deformities, or similar damages. We recommend renewing passports that are worn, have liquid damage, tears, or similar conditions, and completing the necessary visa transfer to the new passport if entry to the country you are traveling to is subject to a visa requirement before your trip. Otherwise, you may encounter problems at both customs entry and exit points in Turkey and abroad.
  4.     We recommend that you ensure you do not misuse the number of entries and exits (single entry – double entry – multiple entries) and visas on your passport. We would like to remind you once again that the compliance of the passport and other documents you use during your travels is your responsibility.
Visa Usage for International Package Holidays
The validity dates of visas in your passport must cover the travel dates and any additional time specified by the rules of the country you will be traveling to.
Your visas must be valid and not expired.
Even if you hold a passport other than a Turkish Republic (T.C.) passport, we would like to remind you that you are responsible for following the visa regulations of the country or countries you will be visiting as part of the package holiday.
Having a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The passport control officers at the entry of the country you are traveling to have the authority to deny you entry. In this case, we emphasize that the responsibility lies with you. Your admission to a foreign country is entirely at the discretion of the official authorities of that country. Therefore, we remind you again that there is always a risk of being denied entry to the country you are traveling to.

Flight Rules
Rules Regarding Pre-Flight
When you purchase a package holiday, you must be present at the airport at least three (3) hours before your international flight and at least two (2) hours before your domestic flight with valid travel documents (passport with valid visa or exemption for international flights; ID card for domestic flights or flights to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus).
After arriving at the airport, you need to go to the airline counter for your flight or perform the online check-in on the relevant airline’s website a specific time before the flight to obtain boarding passes indicating departure gates, times, and seat assignments, and to complete baggage procedures. We would like to remind you that if you do not complete check-in on time and therefore do not receive a boarding pass, you are entirely responsible for being unable to participate in the package holiday.

Acceptance of Children on Flights
Children traveling without their parents or with only one parent and/or carrying a different last name than their parent cannot travel without a notarized permission document provided by their official guardian/parent. Children under two years old can travel in a parent's lap, while a separate seat must be purchased for children over two years old.
It is extremely important to ensure that the birthdates are entered correctly and accurately during the package holiday reservation. If the information you entered is incorrect or incomplete, and this is noticed during check-in, we emphasize that the penalties and rules of the relevant airline will apply.

Pregnant Guests
Pregnant guests can purchase a package holiday by providing a doctor's report indicating that there is no hindrance to air travel. Additionally, the travel of pregnant guests is subject to certain rules. You can access detailed information about these rules here.
Pregnant passengers between 28 and 35 weeks (including 35) will not be accepted for the flight without a signed and stamped doctor's report stating “there is no hindrance to air travel” obtained no later than seven (7) days before the flight. Passengers over 35 weeks pregnant will not be accepted for the flight under any circumstances. For passengers expecting twins, this period is applied as 28–32 (including 32) weeks.

Change of Flight Times
The flight times for the package holiday you prefer are not guaranteed. The relevant airline may change flight times and conditions. Our guests agree that they will not make any cancellation or refund requests due to these changes. However, we will strive to inform you of any changes that may occur in the package holiday as soon as possible after receiving the change notice.
To avoid any inconveniences, we recommend confirming your flight time with us at least 48 hours before your flight included in the package holiday.

Lost, Stolen, and Damaged Luggage
For lost, stolen, or damaged luggage, we apply the general terms and conditions for passenger and baggage transportation of the relevant airline, as well as the national and international legal rules applicable to the flight.

Transporting Pets on Flights
We do not allow pets in the cabin of the aircraft, except for trained and certified dogs for visually impaired passengers.

Special Lift Services
For special lift services, you must contact the relevant airline.

Other Details Regarding Your Flight Ticket
You can follow the classes identified by the airline and other flight rules in the voucher flight details. The cancellation and refund conditions are subject to the cancellation and refund terms of the package holiday. Please note that the flight tickets you purchased cannot be used independently outside of the package holiday.

Important Information Regarding Accommodation
Important Things to Keep in Mind When Checking into Your Accommodation We would like to remind you that the accommodation facility has the right to refuse you entry if you do not present an identification document (identity card/passport) during check-in. Therefore, we recommend that you keep a valid identification document or passport with you during your holiday.
If you will not be able to check into the facility at all or will be checking in late, you must share this information with the facility. If you do not provide this information, we would like to point out that your contract may be terminated and/or your reservation may be canceled.
Regarding Guests Under 18 The accommodation facility may apply different pricing for guests aged 0-17. If there is an error in the information provided at the time of booking for child guests, you may be required to pay an additional fee due to the age difference.
Staying for a Shorter Duration than the Reservation Period We cannot provide a refund for early departure from the accommodation, staying for less than the reserved duration, or for nights not stayed due to late check-in.
Additional Expenses That May Arise During Your Stay The accommodation facility may request your credit card information upon check-in or before it for additional services, mini bar, or any damages that may occur from the date your reservation starts.
The accommodation facility may ask you to pay “accommodation tax” in accordance with relevant regulations. In such cases, we remind you that you are completely responsible for the payment of this tax.

Rent A Car
When purchasing a package holiday, you can add car rental services to your package if you wish. Niceint Touristik connects you with car rental companies. In other words, we are the intermediary between you and the rental company. The service we provide is limited to conveying your car rental request to the rental company. We would like to emphasize that the rules in the car rental agreement you will sign with the rental company upon receiving the vehicle apply to all problems you may encounter regarding car rental during your package holiday.

Transfer
You can also add transfer services to your package when purchasing a package holiday. Niceint Touristik connects you with transfer companies. We are the intermediary between you and the transfer company.
Reminders Regarding Transfer Service You must be ready at the starting point at the date and time of the transfer. The transfer company will also make reasonable efforts to pick you up from the starting point on time. Contacting the transfer company will help prevent possible delays and inconveniences.
The transfer company can wait for you at the starting point for a maximum of 60 minutes; if you cannot arrive during this time, the transfer company may leave the starting point.
If you have a disability (e.g., wheelchair use) or medical issues that may negatively affect the transfer, we remind you to inform the transfer company after your reservation.
It is prohibited to engage in actions that may jeopardize the safety of those in the vehicle during the transfer. In such cases, the transfer company may immediately stop the transfer service. Alcohol consumption is prohibited during the transfer, and the transfer company has the right to refuse to transport you if they believe you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If you have any oversized items such as bicycles, pets, or excess luggage beyond your defined luggage allowance, you must inform the transfer company after your reservation. The transfer company may refuse to transport excess luggage or may request an additional fee.
Children may be required to use a separate seat in accordance with the applicable traffic and travel regulations in the transfer country. In such cases, you may be required to pay the full fee, but the transfer company may offer a discount if applicable.
Delays and Seat Guarantee As Niceint Touristik, we are not responsible for delays and similar issues that may occur in transportation vehicles provided by independent service providers.
Additionally, unless stated otherwise by the relevant carrier, we do not guarantee a specific seat or place for your guests.

HES Code Requirement
During the pandemic, in accordance with the General Circulars on HES Code from the Turkish Ministry of Interior, you may be asked for your Hayat Eve Sığar (HES) application code at all accommodation facilities, airports, and various locations within the country.
Please note that you can only continue with your package holiday after successfully passing the risk assessment conducted by the relevant authorities.
If you do not have an HES code,
If you are found to be at risk during the HES code inquiry,
If it is reasonably and objectively observed that you have a contagious disease during the package holiday,
You may be immediately removed from the package holiday, with all damages and various risks being your responsibility. You will also not be able to benefit from the services provided within the package holiday.
We remind you that no refund will be given if you do not have an HES code or if you are identified as having a risky HES code, and you will need to return to your travel starting point at your own expense.

Transfer of Package Holiday to Another Person
In cases where it is not possible for you to participate in the package holiday, you can transfer your package holiday to a third person by notifying us in writing or via email at least seven days before the holiday starts, provided that you can document this situation.
In case of transfer, you and the person to whom you transfer your package holiday will be jointly responsible for any remaining balance and any additional expenses arising from the transfer (for example, purchasing a new flight ticket, re-purchasing accommodation due to cancellation, etc.).


Termination of Package Holiday Contract
If you wish to unilaterally terminate the package holiday contract, you can notify us in writing or via email.
If you make this notification at least thirty days before the start of the package holiday, we will refund the amount you paid without any deductions, except for mandatory tax, fee, and similar legal obligations.
If you make the termination notification less than 30 (thirty) days before the first flight time within the package holiday, we cannot refund the amount you paid for the package holiday.

Refund Situations for Terminations Made Less Than 30 Days Before
You may want to terminate your contract less than 30 (thirty) days before the start of the package holiday due to an unforeseen situation that prevents you from benefiting from the package holiday and requires hospitalization for more than 10 (ten) days, as documented by hospital reports. In this case, it is sufficient to notify us in writing or via email. Upon your request, we will refund the amount you paid without any deductions, except for mandatory tax, fee, etc. as well as amounts paid to third parties that cannot be refunded and documented, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date we receive your termination notice. We would like to remind you that you must prove the existence of the necessary conditions with valid documents obtained from official institutions.


Under What Conditions the Package Holiday Is Postponed?
The package holiday you purchased may be postponed due to extraordinary, unavoidable, or unpredictable events. Such events, defined as "force majeure," may include:
Natural disasters such as earthquakes, fires, volcanic eruptions, floods, storms, hurricanes, fog, avalanches, lightning, and similar events or diseases, mutations in existing epidemic diseases, nuclear or chemical disasters or spills, and similar situations and events as well as extraordinary circumstances,
Extraordinary situations that obstruct international air, land, and sea transportation at border gates or neighboring countries in Turkey, or in countries included in the package holiday, such as war or mobilization, civil unrest, attacks or terrorism, sabotage, riots, occupations, civil wars, revolutions, uprisings, forced seizures, military coups, or takeovers of government, civil disturbances, industrial disputes, governmental sanctions, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, closed or congested ports, and all sorts of extraordinary situations that may prevent employees from working.

Incorrect – Misleading Information
