ALL INFORMATION ACQUIRED THROUGH ANY PURCHASE AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS MADE ON THE WEBSITE OR BY USING THE WEBSITE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THESE TERMS OF USE, UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY STATED.

Hereinafter, the expressions "Niceint Touristik," "Package Holiday Organizer," or "We" refer to Niceint Tourism, Construction, Real Estate, Food Co., Ltd., located at Güzelbağ Mah. Asmalı Sokak Seval Sitesi E Blok No: 21 Muratpaşa – Antalya, and the term “You” refers to the individuals accessing the Website (including those who access the Website on behalf of others).
"Material/Materials" refer to software, programs, data, information, and databases.
By using the Website, You acknowledge and undertake that You are an adult with the legal right and authority to enter into a binding agreement and use the Website in accordance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including but not limited to the applicable legal provisions. You will be responsible for all payments to us in bookings made by You or by another person using your login information.
IF YOU ARE UNDERAGE OR DO NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE AND EXIT IMMEDIATELY.
The terms and conditions of this Agreement will also apply when you use certain parts of the Website through other internet sites that partially or fully access the Website.
Users who register on the Website guarantee that all the information they provide is accurate. Users are responsible for all transactions made using their username and password and for any consequences arising from such transactions. Users agree and undertake not to share their username and password with third parties.

The User accepts and undertakes that all transactions made with credit cards or any other payment tools used on the Website are made in accordance with the contract terms of the payment tool provider and with the knowledge of the card/account holder, and the User will compensate for any damages incurred by Niceint Touristik or third parties as a result of transactions made without consent or in violation of credit card company/bank rules.

No false, incomplete, unauthorized, or fraudulent information may be provided in bookings made on the Website, and no fake, false, or fraudulent reservations may be made.
Consequences of Improper Use
Without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement and the applicable laws, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and/or block your access to the Website without notice and without any liability to You or the individuals involved if you violate or if we reasonably suspect that you have violated the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

The Website contains links to other websites or web pages established, operated, or maintained by third parties. These links are provided solely for your convenience, and the use of such sites or web pages is subject to the conditions determined by the relevant third parties. Without limiting the general applicability of the above, we are not responsible for the non-delivery of any notification or message. Currency and Exchange Rates
The exchange rate information provided on the Website is supplied and updated according to real-time data from the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey. We are not responsible for any discrepancies that may occur due to technical issues or delays caused by the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey in providing this data.
